In this role you lead the global development and people leadership for a strategic portfolio of digital IoT solutions across on-premise, edge, and cloud. You translate market needs into scalable, secure offerings while driving digital innovation and AI-enabled software development. You manage a cross-functional team spanning cloud, edge, analytics, and cybersecurity, aligning technical excellence with business priorities. Responsabilità Lead end-to-end digital IoT solution engineering and technology strategy
Drive development and delivery of complex digital IoT solutions across hybrid cloud and edge
Spearhead AI and agentic AI transformation in software processes and offerings
Lead and develop a high-performing engineering leadership team across cloud, edge, analytics, cybersecurity
Own cybersecurity as a core function and embed secure-by-design throughout development
Establish agile delivery governance, metrics, and quality standards with balanced innovation and debt management
Foster cross-functional alignment with product management, architecture, operations, and stakeholders
Promote an innovation-driven engineering culture supporting scaling, talent development, and R&D; transformation
Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field
Significant leadership in digital solution engineering, software R&D;, or IoT product development with multidisciplinary teams
Hands-on Azure cloud experience and delivering complex digital products across hybrid environments
Proven success leading AI transformations in software development and integrating AI into customer offerings
