The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials and supplies, with particular attention to supplier selection, negotiation of purchasing terms, and inventory monitoring.
Responsibility Management of purchases of construction materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
Research and selection of suppliers, negotiation of commercial terms, and management of purchase orders.
Monitoring of warehouse inventory and costs to ensure continuous supply without exceeding budgets.
Verification and control of invoices and payments related to purchases made.
Collaboration with the technical office and management to ensure timely availability of materials.
Requirements High school diploma, preferably in technical or economic fields.
Previous experience in purchasing or logistics, preferably in the construction sector.
Excellent knowledge of purchasing management tools (management software) and strong negotiation skills.
Precision, results-oriented approach, and inventory management capabilities.
