Overview As a Senior Strategic Consultant in Contentsquare’s Professional Services, you’ll guide enterprise customers through strategic, analytical, and enablement engagements to turn digital experience data into measurable outcomes. You’ll lead defined projects and manage ongoing services, collaborating with CSMs, Sales, and cross‑functional teams. You’ll translate analytics into actionable recommendations and help customers build useful use cases and roadmaps. This role combines consulting leadership with hands-on digital analytics mastery to drive customer value at scale.

Responsabilità

Lead strategic consulting and analytics engagements from discovery to completion Serve as principal operational contact for delivered services Define objectives, scope, milestones, and success criteria Develop delivery plans, prioritize work, manage risks and stakeholders Lead and own managed-services engagements and delivery roadmaps Coordinate Data Analysts, UX Consultants, Implementers, Trainers, and other specialists Escalate delivery risks or blockers and maintain momentum Ensure customers derive measurable value from engagements Apply Contentsquare expertise to analyze data and provide insights Prepare analyses, executive readouts, workshops, and training sessions Help customers define use cases, measurement approaches, and roadmaps Assess data collection, quality, and measurement frameworks Use digital analytics tools to support evidence-based decisions Demonstrate how analytics connects with broader data ecosystems Communicate complex analytics to diverse stakeholders Partner with Customer Success and Sales; contribute to PS standards Identify risks and opportunities in adoption, milestones,



and usage Surface expansion opportunities to cross-sell Conte ntsquare capabilities Contribute to reusable methods, templates, and thought leadership Stay current on analytics, AI, data ecosystems, and CX measurement Share knowledge with the PS team to strengthen capabilities

Requisiti fondamentali

5–6 years in management/strategic/digital consulting or similar advisory roles Experience with large enterprise customers and complex stakeholder management Proven project/workstream delivery from discovery to delivery Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills Structured thinking and strong problem-solving to frame ambiguous challenges Practical experience with digital analytics, BI, conversion optimization, or related data products Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics; experience with Contentsquare valued Understanding of tagging, data quality, measurement frameworks, and data structures Ability to interpret data and translate into clear recommendations Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders Strong PM skills: planning, prioritization, risk management, escalation Ability to work independently across one-off and recurring engagements Comfort collaborating with CSM, Sales, Data Analysts, UX Consultants, Implementers Interest in AI, data flows, data warehouses/lakes, APIs, and modern analytics ecosystems Ability to use AI tools to improve work while maintaining confidentiality Fluent in French and English; able to lead discussions in French Willingness to travel occasionally; available for French or Central European hours Excellent communication and presentation abilities Strong problem-solving and structured thinking Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) Contentsquare experience (highly valuable) Data collection tagging and data quality
