Overview As a Sales Advisor in Milan, you drive client engagement and sales performance for Brioni, upholding the brand’s standards of excellence. You nurture relationships from first contact to post-sale, leveraging CRM tools and the LUCE Client Book to grow the customer base and retention. You collaborate with the store team to meet targets while ensuring flawless customer experience and brand representation. This role offers the chance to shape luxury retail in a globally recognized Italian house.

Retribuzione / Benefits

Compensation: 35.000 – 40.000 Applicable CCNL Commercio Level: 3

Build positive relationships with customers from first contact to farewell Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals Contribute to store targets through teamwork Utilize LUCE Client Book to manage relationships and personalise service Expand customer base via networking and market information Collaborate with store and company colleagues Follow stock procedures and company standards Communicate issues and risks promptly to Brioni standards

Requisiti fondamentali

At least 3 years of experience in a luxury brand sales role Fluent in English; another language is a plus Good knowledge of men’s formalwear and high-end fashion MTM specialization is a plus Strong listening and communication skills Positive, proactive, client-focused approach Sense of ownership and accountability Flexible to work extended on the sales floor and weekends Availability for inventory and holiday season work Client focus Proactivity Communication Ownership LUCE Client Book (CRM) usage Stock procedures compliance
