**Job Description:**

Within the **Avionics Systems Area**, we are looking for an Avionic Subsystem Engineer for our Turin office.
The resource will be inserted within the Trainers Avionic Systems unit and in particular in the Basic Avionic Systems discipline.
The resource will primarily deal with:
* Architectural analysis relating to the Identification/Communication subsystem, with a main focus on satellite voice and data link systems, both civil and military; * Define, manage and control the project requirements of system design relating to the integration of satellite communication systems in the context of basic aircraft avionics; * Manage relations with suppliers of satellite systems and sensors; * Maintenance of system configuration control during development and in-service support (impact analysis and change requests); * Prepare System Design documentation to conduct project reviews (System Requirements Review, Preliminary/Critical Design Review, Test Readiness Review, Configuration and Change Board) with the internal product development team and with any suppliers/partners; * Define and plan product testing and qualification activities.
**Educational qualification:**
Diploma / Master's degree in Electronics or Aerospace
**Required experience level:**
at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
**Technical/IT skills:**
* Knowledge of the main basic avionics systems * Experience in defining requirements for on-board equipment * Ability to use industry tools DOORS, Serena Dimension * Knowledge of MIL STD 1553, ARINC 429 standards
**NICE TO HAVE:**
* Experience relating to product requirement management and traceability * Experience in defining test procedures * Knowledge of Software development standards DO178 DO254

**How does the selection process work?**
