This role acts as a primary operational anchor for top management, driving administrative excellence, optimizing executive workflows, and facilitating cross-cultural business communication in a fast-moving corporate setting.
- Location: Rome (Italy) - Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €40,000 - Contract: Temporary assignment via Randstad (Outsourcing formula)

Key Requirements
- Language Skills: Business fluency in Chinese, English, and Italian is strictly required. - Background: Prior background supporting C-Suite executives, Board members, or General Managers in high-volume environments. - Education: University degree or equivalent corporate experience. - Tech Stack: Advanced mastery of MS Office 365, Google Workspace,
and modern remote management tools. - Soft Skills: Outstanding professional diplomacy, high adaptability under pressure, strong initiative, and a proactive solution-oriented approach.
