We are looking foran HRIS Reporting & Organizational Management Specialist to ensure high‐quality HR data, accurate global reporting,

and smooth management of HR systems and integrations across the Essilor Luxottica landscape. The role works with global HR, IT, and vendor teams to maintain reporting tools, support data governance, and drive system enhancements.
Manage end‐to‐end governance of HR reporting tools and global dashboards. Oversee data integration processes between SAP HCM, DWH, BO/BI and related applications. Execute data quality checks, audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional meetings with HR, IT, vendors and local HR teams. Support UAT, testing cycles and production releases.
Maintain and evolve global HR reports; reconcile discrepancies across SAP, DWH and dashboards. Manage OM data validations, anomaly resolution and refresh of org applications. Lead enhancement requests and coordinate communication on changes and system impacts. Support access governance, roles and security checks in collaboration with IT
