Overview In this role you will lead environmental, health and safety (EHS) across Italy, including the Sospiro plant, aligning sites with regulations and company standards. You will drive risk identification, governance, and continuous improvement, partnering with operations to enable safe, compliant, and sustainable operations. This is a chance to influence safety culture and regulatory alignment at scale within a multinational context.

Lead the country environmental health and safety organization to prevent serious EHS events
Support implementation of management systems and site programs




Create a learning environment and drive continuous improvement
Lead RSPP activities for the Sospiro plant and align site operations with standards
Lead and develop a team, including talent management and performance decisions
Master's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Industrial or related)
~7 years of relevant work experience
~ Professional proficiency in English
~ Preferred: experience in manufacturing, ISO 14001/45001 knowledge, willingness to travel, people management experience, multinational/multi-site EHS experience
