Your responsibilities
As Business Development Manager Norway, you will play a key role in building and developing KESSEL's presence in the Norwegian market. You will identify new projects and business opportunities, develop strong customer and partner relationships, and establish KESSEL as a trusted partner in the Norwegian construction market.
Identify,
analyse and pursue relevant tenders and construction projects Position KESSEL products and solutions in specifications, tenders and project planning Prepare and follow up on project quotations and build a sustainable project pipeline Identify and acquire new customers within the project business and trade sector Develop new sales partnerships and additional distribution channels across Norway Support and further develop existing sales partners Build strong, long-term relationships with consultants, architects, engineering firms, investors, developers and contractors Provide technical advice and deliver product presentations and customer meetings Conduct market, competitor and potential analyses and identify new business opportunities Represent KESSEL in the Norwegian market Your profile Technical or commercial education or degree, ideally related to construction, building services, HVAC/plumbing or international sales Several years of experience
