As a Specialist, and a valued member of the Roma via del Corso team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

- Manage your floor comprehensively, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
- Support Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).
- Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures (regula
