As an Account Manager based in our Rome office, you will primarily focus on managing and developing relationships with customers located in the Lazio region, which represents approximately 80% of our customer base. In addition, you will be responsible for selected accounts in the Campania and Puglia regions, which will require less frequent on-site engagement. Your mission is to drive revenue growth and margin performance across your assigned portfolio, covering OEM and EMS customers within the Military & Aerospace, Industrial, and Railway market segments. You will proactively manage the full sales cycle, identify new business opportunities, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent execution and strategic account planning. At Avnet we put a strong emphasis on our long standing, strong values that have guided not just how we interact and operate with our customers and suppliers
