What are you going to do?
As Sales Director at this global manufacturer of poultry equipment, based in Italy, you take ownership of the international sales organization, lead a global team, and drive business growth.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop the company's product sales by establishing, developing, and retaining customer and dealer relationships
- Lead, manage, and coach the sales team,



fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Investigate and analyze customer and market trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Oversee budget planning and sales forecasts, ensuring sales objectives are met
- Engage the sales support team and align with commercial excellence to grow the aftersales business
- Provide competitive product and pricing feedback in collaboration with product management
- Partner with the marketing team on activities such as product shows and campaigns
- Contribute to the overall development of the company as part of the management team
