Role Overview:
As Uptalent.io’s Business Development Manager , you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and executing strategies to drive revenue growth. You’ll focus on both outbound and inbound initiatives, independently creating and managing efforts that generate leads and turn prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching markets,
analyzing trends, and targeting high-value prospects across industries.
- Client Acquisition : Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating and nurturing leads to closing deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

- Data-Driven Growth : Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies and continuously optimize growth efforts.
