Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Business Area, we are looking for a Junior Cyber Security Service Manager for our office in Rome Laurentina.
The selected candidate, supported by a senior figure, will be responsible for:
* Supervising that the provision of managed (MSS)
and non-managed services occurs effectively and efficiently, implementing all necessary actions to ensure compliance with contractual commitments (SLA) and dedicating daily to Continual Service Improvement;
* Representing the main interface with the Customer as well as the connection and coordination point for the activities of Leonardo's technical verticals assigned to service delivery;
* Organizing and conducting periodic SERVICE REVIEWS with Customers, in which they present the trend of the services provided, manage any critical issues and propose solutions, the adoption of new technologies and/or process improvements;
* Coordinating any escalations in case of serious incidents/changes that may impact service delivery;
* Assuming the role of Service On-boarding Manager during the on-boarding phase for governing activities and collecting the necessary information to define the required steps and key elements for activating the security serv
