Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area, we are looking for a Logistic Engineer for our Pomezia office.
The selected candidate will be integrated into the Logistic team of the Logistic & Planning U.O., with the aim of standardizing best practices across sites, developing dashboards for monitoring process KPIs, and optimizing flows and costs.
The role will act as a point of contact with operational sites and with the logistics service provider.
The person will be responsible for the following activities:
* Support operational plants throughout the logistics process: reception, warehouse (especially during inventory), shipments
* Support the optimization of the logistics flow through continuous improvement activities that lead to a reduction in service costs
* Standardize operational best practices
* Update BMS documents within the Logistics perimeter
* Monitor and review process KPIs
* Develop BI dashboards for monitoring process indicators
* Improve the process of supplying production lines
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Management or Logistics) or a related field
Seniority:
Junior (1-3 years of experience) - Expert (3-5 years of experience).
Technical skills and knowledge:
* Knowledge of industrial logistics understood as the set of material flows within a production plant,
