A diagnostics multinational — market leader in its core segment, voted best place to work, with people who join and stay for decades- is expanding its portfolio.
They need someone to start as the first Product Manager on the ground, design how modern marketing looks in the business, and grow a team around them.
Not tweak.
Not maintain. Build. Then lead.
Rare doesn't begin to cover it.
The role
Design the go-to-market strategy for a growing diagnostics portfolio.
Build the marketing function as it should be in 2026 — digital-first, data-driven, competitive intelligence at the core.
Run market and competitor analysis that shapes commercial decisions, not slide decks that die in drawers.
Partner directly with Sales, Commercial, and international counterparts — you'll be in the room where things get decided.
Own positioning,
messaging and campaigns for upcoming product launches.
Hire and build your team as the function scales.

Come in as the first PM, prove the model, then hire the people who will report to you.
The company already has the brand, the products, the sales force, and the market position. What's missing is the modern marketing layer. That's your mandate.
This role has "Head of Marketing" written all over it, for the right person, on the right timeline.
