1.Fully responsible for local recruitment in the Italian region, including:
- Communicating with business departments to clarify hiring needs and develop recruitment plans;
- Posting job ads, proactively sourcing and screening CVs;
- Coordinating interview schedules, following up on interview feedback and evaluation processes;
- Maintaining and expanding recruitment channels (LinkedIn, local job boards, university collaborations, etc.), and
