To strengthen the finance team, the company is seeking an Accounting, Reporting & Industrial Controlling Partner who will contribute to financial governance, business performance monitoring and ERP-driven process improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:Manage and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting records and financial reporting.Support statutory financial statements preparation and external audit processes.Perform balance sheet reconciliations and monitor accounting controls.Prepare monthly management reporting packages and financial analyses.Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast,



identifying key business drivers and variances.Monitor profitability, margins and operational KPIs.Support industrial controlling activities, including production cost analysis, inventory valuation and manufacturing performance monitoring.Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement teams to improve business performance and cost efficiency.Contribute to ERP enhancement and implementation projects.Support process optimization, automation and finance transformation initiatives.Collaborate with headquarters and international stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate finance standards and reporting requirements.Your ProfileCandidates meeting the following requirements will be taken into consideration:Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting, Reporting and Controlling roles; Proven experience within manufacturing companies is m
