ENGIE places sustainable development at the core of its activities (electricity, natural gas, energy efficiency and services) to address the challenges of the energy transition towards a low-carbon economy: access to a sustainable economy, mitigation and adaptation to climate change, and resource optimization. Who are we looking for? A resource to be included at our Milan headquarters within the Global Business Unit One B2C, in the Marketing & Customer Service area, with the role of Customer Journey Product Owner . What will you do? You will be the Product Owner of the customer journey in agile mode, responsible end-to-end for defining priorities, managing the backlog, and achieving business objectives.



You will play a key role in designing and creating customer journeys, ensuring a simple and consistent experience across all touchpoints. Thanks to martech skills and Salesforce solutions, you will contribute to defining and executing campaigns for residential customers and small businesses. You will analyze customer needs and behaviors, monitor KPIs and performance, promoting continuous improvement initiatives to increase satisfaction, engagement, and conversion through a data-driven approach. What will be your responsibilities?
- Design and creation of Customer Journeys: define and develop end-to-end journeys, introducing innovation and AI support solutions, thanks to Salesforce tools.
- Backlog management : collect insights from data and feedback, translate them into user stories, prioritizing based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility.
- Roadmap and Agile development : define the evolution of journeys and fun
