To strengthen our Industrial team, we are looking for a Vehicle Methods Engineering Technologist based in Maranello, Italy.
In this role, you will join the Industrial function and take part in product development activities, supporting the definition, feasibility and industrialization of vehicle assembly methods from the early development phases through production readiness.
In this position, you will be responsible for:

- Analysing in detail the assembly feasibility of components across the entire vehicle through CAD, including exterior finishes,
interior finishes, chassis, mechanical units, electrical systems, body and frame.
- Collaborating with the Design department to define the correct breakdown of styling proposals for both interior and exterior finishes.
- Developing the macro assembly cycle for new projects, ensuring consistency with Ferrari assembly line constraints.
- Creating and updating the technological bill of materials.
- Carrying out virtual checks to ensure the correct accessibility of auxiliary equipment and manipulators required to assemble vehicle components.
- Defining assembly methods for all components, which will then be used to prepare gap & flush documentation and 2D drawings.
- Identifying technical solutions that deliver benefits in terms of labour efficiency, assembly simplification and perceived quality.
