To spearhead our Italian division, we are seeking a dedicated General Manager who is ready to take ownership, inspire a team, and significantly grow our market share. What are you going to do?

As our General Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader for our Italian market. The primary objective is to ensure that agricultural professionals across Italy recognize hygiene as the cornerstone of their success.

Key responsibilities include:

- Strategic direction: Developing and executing a comprehensive business plan to expand our footprint in the Italian livestock sector.
- Team leadership: Coaching and inspiring a diverse group of professionals. Rather than managing from behind a desk, this role requires a hands-on mentor who fosters a winning team culture.
- Know the market: Continuously monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and farmer needs. What do farmers need? What is the competition doing? These insights will be translated into actionable commercial opportunities.
- Sales & marketing execution: Directing our commercial initiatives to ensure our innovative hygiene solutions effectively reach the agricultural community.
- Financial management: Overseeing regional finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to guarantee sustainable profitability.
- Relationship building: Cultivating long-term, trust-based partnerships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Reporting: Delivering regular, strategic updates and market insights to the corporate headquarters regarding the region’s performance.

What we are looking for?





We are looking for someone who speaks the language of both the agricultural sector and modern business.

- Industry experience: A proven track record in a senior sales leadership or general management role within the livestock industry.
- Communication skills: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal abilities, paired with fluent proficiency in both Italian and English.
- Leadership capabilities: A demonstrated ability to unify a team, provide clear direction, and drive collective success.
- Strategic mindset: Highly analytical and results-oriented. We are looking for a professional who naturally adopts a solution-driven approach to complex operational challenges.
- Established network: An existing, strong network within the Italian livestock market is considered a significant advantage!
