They conduct environmental monitoring in oilgas facilities (in italy and worldwide) and make quantification assessment of overall emissions, in compliance with new European regulations on methane emissions or vouluntary agreenment standards OGMP 2.0. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 h3Conduct Methane Emissions Assessments and Quantification Studies /h3 ul liConduct comprehensive methane emissions assessments for oil gas, LNG, midstream, downstream assets; /li liIdentify solid approach to quantify methane emissions using engineering calculations, emissions factors, direct measurements and advanced monitoring technologies; /li liAssessment on PID of methane emission sources across facilities, including fugitive, vented and combustion-related emissions; /li liSupport operators in establishing methane baselines and emissions inventories in alignment with EU Methane Regulation and/or OGMP 2.0.
/li /ul h3Support Compliance with EU Methane Regulation and OGMP 2.0 /h3 ul liProvide technical and strategic support to ensure compliance with the European Union Methane Regulation and related implementing requirements; /li liPerform gap analyses against EU Methane Regulation and OGMP 2.0; /li liDevelop compliance roadmaps and implementation plans to support operators in meeting monitoring, reporting and reductions obligations. /li /ul h3Methane Monitoring, Measurement and Verification /h3 ul liDesign and implement methane monitoring programs using a combination of bottom-up and measurement-based approaches; /li liSupport Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) program development, implementation and optimization; /li liEvaluate and integrate advanced methane detection technologies, including OGI cameras, continuous monitoring systems, drones, etc; /li liReview monitoring results and verification activities to improve data accuracy and reporting confidence. /li /ul h3Data Analysis, Modelling and Reporting /h3 ul liAnalyze methane emissions datasets and monitoring results to identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities; /li liUtilize modelling and analytical tools to estimate emissions and evaluate reduction scenarios; /li liPrepare technical reports, emissions inventories, compliance documentation and management summaries for operators; /li liSupport independent verification and assurance processes related to methane emissions reporting. /li /ul h3Site Visits and Field Assessments /h3 ul liConduct site visits, operational reviews and methane screening campaigns at oil gas and energy facilities; /li liAssess the effectiveness of existing methane monitoring and mitigation measures; /li liVerify implementation of LDAR programs or measurements survey for regulatory compliance requirements. /li /ul h3Project Management Support /h3 ul liSupport the management and delivery of methane-related consulting projects; /li liCoordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful identification of emissions reduction programs; /li liMonitor project schedules, efforts,
