h3Senior Project Manager /h3pMilan-based /ph3Requisiti: /h3h3L’offerta: /h3p================================================================ /ppEN /ppEuropean Leader in the international real estate investment development is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Milan headquarters. /ppThe role reports directly to the Italian Managing Director and carries full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle – from permitting and pre-construction through to final handover. /ppThe ideal candidate has solid experience in the logistics/industrial sector, with both technical and managerial skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliCollaborate with designers, engineers, and architects to define project specifications; /liliManage permitting procedures and ensure all statutory approvals are obtained before project start; /liliSupervise and direct site activities, including contractor coordination and construction progress; /liliPrepare, review, and approve the project schedule covering engineering, procurement, and construction phases; /liliMonitor progress reports, cost control, and site performance, ensuring company KPIs are achieved; /liliEnsure all permits, agreements, and documentation are in place prior to project commencement. /liliOrganize and lead site coordination meetings, issue minutes, and follow up on action items; /liliLead negotiations and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors; /liliOversee the procurement plan, evaluate bids, and ensure cost efficiency; /liliManage contractors and subcontractors according to schedule, budget,
