KIKO MILANO is seeking a Global Functions HR Business Partner to join the HR team, reporting to the HR Senior Manager Global Functions. You will partner with business leaders to implement the HR strategy, with focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement.

In particular, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management and compensation/benefits, while monitoring HR KPIs to drive data-driven decisions.
