They are responsible for: 1) Scaling audio GTM strategies across LCS; 2) Developing and implementing tailored vertical strategies; 3) Service and operations team engagement as it pertains to new and emerging products; 4) Partnering with LCS and Marketing to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes; and 5) Representing Amazon Ads externally at industry events to drive annual commitments.Key job responsibilitiesDrive the Mexico Amazon Ads Audio sales strategy by serving as a primary liaison between Product organizations and Mexico sales teamsDevelop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies that address varied requirements across LocalesPartner with other SGTM teams to create and maintain sales enablement frameworks that help teams articulate our audio media and ad tech capabilities to customers and stakeholdersPartner with Product Marketing to develop compelling narratives around our advertising solutionsAnalyze, contextualize and communicate industry developments to sales teams and customersSupport global sales teams gathering voice of the customer (VOC) and blockersCollaborate with Product teams to ensure GTM strategies align with holistic Amazon Ads Sales GTMEstablish a partnership with internal and external senior business leaders to drive the business forwardIdentify and provide the right metrics to measure success, providing meaningful feedback to stakeholders through ownership of monthly organizational business reviewsDevelop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans that increase adoption of strategic initiativesEffectively communicate the business strategy to all levels of the organizationBasic Qualifications8+ years (preferred) of digital advertising experience3+ years (required) of audio/radio advertising experienceEffectively works cross-functionally (Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Yield, Product, Marketing)Ability to drive solutions to difficult problemsFluent in EnglishPreferred QualificationsDeep relationships within the advertising industry across both advertisers and agenciesAudio ads measurement expertiseOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
