If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the creation of top-quality pasta products, we want you! /b /ppMaintenance Technicians during their shift are primarily responsible for operation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of all production equipment within Barilla America's entire facility. /pp$36.49 (includes 10% shift differential) for the night shift. /ppMaintenance Technicians work only half the days in a month, as they work a flexible (2-2-3) shift pattern. Applicants must be available to work every other weekend as part of their regular schedule. /ph3bESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS /b /h3pPerform preventative and corrective maintenance as necessary to ensure plant reliability. /ppAdjusts metal detector as needed and documents on the Company provided forms. /ppAssist and/or lead in maintenance procedures throughout the plant. /ppTroubleshoot any maintenance issues throughout the plant. /ppComplete various projects including welding, machining,
mechanical, electrical, and work orders as assigned. /ppMonitor plant facilities which include air system, fire system, etc. /ppPrioritize maintenance work that needs to be completed. /ppPartner with Packing and Processing to ensure product flow (e.g., work with operators on troubleshooting, and operate machinery). /ppBe able to operate all machinery including format and size changes in designated area. /ppAssist and/or lead in maintenance procedures through contractors / vendors. /ppTroubleshoot PLC and use PLC to troubleshoot equipment issues. /ppTroubleshoot VFD’s. /ppWork and communicate well with others and effectively contribute to the working relationships within Barilla America. /ph3bAs a team member at Barilla, you’ll enjoy: /b /h3pHealthcare, dental, and vision - 1st of the month after hire /ppYearly Premio /pp401k match up to 6% /ppTuition Reimbursement/Paid Training /ppWellness Subsidy /ppDisability Insurance /ppAdoption Assistance /ph3bEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE /b /h3pMinimum of 5 years of Maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical) and experience with PLC’s and VFD’s preferred. /ppPrior experience in manufacturing maintenance is preferred. /ppAssociates degree in maintenance or an equivalent trade school certificate preferred, but not required. /ppMust meet essential functions of this position. /ph3bDiverse candidates and veterans encouraged to apply. /b /h3pBarilla is an equal opportunity employer.
