Manage material planning activities based on production requirements, customer demand, and MRP outputAnalyze, schedule, and monitor material requirements to ensure the continuous supply of components and materials to production linesCreate, review, and release purchase orders and forecast schedules through SAPManage supplier order confirmations, delivery schedules, and follow-up activities to ensure on-time delivery performanceMonitor inventory levels and collaborate with Production Planning to balance material availability and stock optimization targetsProactively identify potential supply shortages, delays, and bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions to minimize production risksAct as the primary interface with suppliers for operational purchasing topics, expediting critical deliveries when necessaryCollaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Logistics teams to resolve material-related issuesMaintain procurement and planning master data accuracy within SAPContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing procurement efficiency, inventory management, and supply chain performanceSupport tactical sourcing activities and supplier management initiatives under the guidance of strategic buyersEnsure compliance with company procurement processes, policies, and quality standards.Good understanding of material planning, procurement,



and supply chain processes within a manufacturing environment.Ability to interpret MRP data and production requirementStrong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detailStructured and methodical approach to workAbility to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressureStrong problem-solving mindset and proactive attitudeTeam-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate cross-functionallyResults-driven attitude and focus on operational excellenceExperience & EducationBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related disciplinesGood understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)Knowledge of MRP concepts and inventory management principles, preferably SAP MM (Materials Management) is considered a strong advantagePreferred CharacteristicsWillingness to learn and develop within Purchasing and Supply Chain functionsHigh level of accuracy and reliabilityStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityCustomer-oriented mindset, both internally and externallyAbility to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholdersIn line with our commitment to pay transparency, the expected salary range for this Apprentiship Position is €30,000–€32,000 gross annual salary. xysqume Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
