He/She develops and presents technical and business solutions to peers. This position identifies areas for process improvement and contributes to solutions. He/She identifies project issues within established processes and procedures and makes recommendations for problem prevention. /p pThis position plans, schedules, and monitors work activities to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets to comply with established standards. He/She interacts with field locations to standardize support practices and procedures. This position coordinates deployments and implementations with ISM departments and user groups and facilitates activities to ensure projects and programs meet established deadlines. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLeads installation and removal of hardware and software to comply with user requests. /li liLeads hardware and software tests to correct malfunctions and ensure proper operation. /li liDocuments details of hardware and software installations and removals to comply with established procedures.



/li liLeads and clarifies product planning and design collaborations with subordinates to coordinate deployments. /li liActs as a field and ISM partner consultant to review, evaluate, and communicate progress on release scheduling. /li liConducts post-release reviews to verify accuracy. /li liProvides customer service to end users to ensure value in products and services. /li liFacilitates collaboration among stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. /li liEstablishes and maintains customer relationships to maximize products and services benefits. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul liMinimum 3–5 years of experience in information security, compliance, risk management, audit, or a related field. /li liStrong understanding of information security principles, controls, and governance practices. /li liKnowledge of compliance frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001. /li liExperience supporting or managing compliance projects and improvement initiatives. /li liGood project management skills, including planning, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder alignment. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly. /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /li liAbility to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
