h3Onshore HSE Advisor - Italy (Fixed-Term) /h3pLocation(s): Rome, 62, IT, 00192 /ppbRWE Renewables Italia S.r.l. /b bTo start as soon as possible, tempo pieno, permanent /b br/ bFunctional area: /b Health, Safety Environment bRemuneration: /b 36,000 - 44,000 EUR /ppbThis role is a Fixed Term Contract for 2 Years /b /ppbAbout the Role /b /ppAs HSE Advisor, you will provide professional Health, Safety and Environmental support across RWE Renewables Italy, covering Development, Construction and Operations activities across onshore wind, solar PV and battery storage. /ppYou will support compliance with Italian legislation and RWE internal HSE requirements, while helping to strengthen HSE performance and culture across the business. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliProvide HSE advice and support to Development, Construction, Operations and support functions, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and RWE requirements. /liliCarry out site inspections, safety walks, audits and compliance reviews across projects and operational assets, ensuring actions are identified and followed through. /liliSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of the Italian HSE Management System and monitor relevant HSE and Sustainability KPIs. /liliConduct and support risk assessments, incident investigations and root cause analyses, including liaison with relevant authorities where required. /liliProvide HSE input into engineering, construction and modification activities, including requirements relating to temporary and mobile construction sites.



/liliSupport emergency and crisis management activities and deliver HSE training and awareness initiatives where required. /liliWork closely with local teams and the wider OPEA HSE organisation, acting as a point of contact or lead for specific HSE topics and projects. /li /ulpbYour Profile /b /pulliDegree in Engineering, Safety, Risk Management or a related discipline, or equivalent technical education combined with relevant HSE qualifications. /liliMinimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably within renewable energy, energy, construction or a comparable industrial environment. /liliGood knowledge of Italian Health Safety and Environmental legislation and experience with HSE Management Systems, ideally aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001. /liliASPP, CSE and/or CSP qualifications would be an advantage. /liliStrong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach. /liliGood written and spoken English and confidence working in an international environment. /liliComfortable using digital tools, data analytics and AI-enabled productivity solutions. /liliMedical fitness and ability to work at height, with the ability to complete GWO Basic Safety Training. /liliWillingness to travel regularly within Italy and internationally.
