pThe Mira Alagna Mountain Resort Spa, part of the international DSR Hotel Holding group, is a 4-star hotel situated in Alagna Valsesia, near Monte Rosa, with two tourist seasons: during the winter season, from December to March, the hotel is a leading destination for a holiday dedicated to snow sports and relaxation in the spa; during the summer season, from June to September, it is the ideal place for those seeking a rejuvenating getaway in the countryside and for those who love hiking with breathtaking views of the mountains. /ppFor the coming seasons, we are looking for a professional with strong managerial and operational skills to join our team as bGeneral Manager /b bfrom mid-October 2026 /b b. /b /ph3Responsibility /h3ulliTo ensure the proper management of the hotel, coordinating the various departments to guarantee a high-quality service and complete customer satisfaction. /liliTo develop and implement commercial and marketing strategies to increase the hotel’s visibility, occupancy rates and financial performance. /liliEnsure the correct application of the service and quality standards defined by the Group and ensure that all staff strictly comply with health and safety regulations. /liliManage guest feedback, ensuring that any issues are resolved and fostering long-term relationships with guests. /liliIn coordination with the Administrative Department, monitor costs and revenue in line with the allocated budget and implement appropriate corrective measures.
/liliRecruit and select staff in coordination with the Human Resources department, carrying out the necessary administrative procedures for hiring and terminations (signing documents, filing, etc.); ensure the proper management of staff in accordance with the guidelines of the Human Resources department and in compliance with the terms of the employment contract, promoting their education and training and arranging for the appropriate allocation of staff accommodation. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt least 5 years’ proven experience in hotel management roles, preferably in 4- or 5-star establishments. /liliKnowledge of revenue management and sales strategies. /liliA hands-on approach, leadership skills, communication skills and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on quality service. /liliFluency in Italian and excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage. /liliFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and the main hotel management software packages (Protel PMS, Opera PMS). /liliFlexibility regarding working hours and a willingness to work at weekends or on public holidays, if necessary. /li /ulh3We offer /h3ulliA one-year fixed-term employment contract with a role and salary commensurate with experience and skills. /liliPrivate accommodation, a staff canteen and other benefits available to employees of the DSR Hotel Holding group. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
