**Commercial Shipping Strategy**: Lead and oversee commercial shipping operations, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and compliance with international maritime regulations. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping partners, freight clients, logistics providers, and port authorities to support long-term commercial success. **Operational Oversight**: Coordinate vessel schedules, cargo movement planning, route optimization, and shipping documentation processes across multiple operational channels. **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor operations coordinators, logistics specialists, and shipping support teams while fostering a high-performance work environment. **Contract and Vendor Management**: Negotiate shipping agreements, evaluate freight contracts, and oversee vendor partnerships to maintain competitive commercial positioning. **Performance Monitoring**:
