Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
Track project performance,
specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Report and escape to management as needed, providing regular project status updates to stakeholders.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned to improve future project management processes.
Maintain a thorough understanding of BD Rowa's products and services to effectively guide project implementation.
Ability to manage the life cycle of the order
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare, automation, or pharmaceutical industry.
