Role Requirements
- Senior/Principal level (Must-have)
- Around 6+ years of experience (Must-have)
- Track record building digital products and platforms end to end (Must-have)
- Experience with business-critical systems and multiple integrations (Must-have)
- Ability to take a feature independently from definition through deployment (Must-have)
- Modern TypeScript / JavaScript (Must-have)
- React and modern frameworks such as Next.js (Must-have)
- Modern high-performance back-end stack such as TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Go, Java/Kotlin, or Rust (Must-have)
- REST / GraphQL APIs (Must-have)
- PostgreSQL and relational database design (Must-have)
- AWS, GCP, or Azure (Must-have)
- Docker and container orchestration familiarity (Must-have)
- CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Must-have)
- Observability: logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting (Must-have)
- Automated testing and strong engineering discipline (Must-have)
