IT Logistics & Quality Solutions Specialist
In this role you will evolve and support logistics IT solutions within the Supply Chain IT team for Loro Piana. You act as the main IT liaison for logistics sites, guiding ERP and WMS-related initiatives and ensuring system reliability and alignment with business needs. You will collaborate across operations, vendors, and cybersecurity teams to optimize logistics processes. The position offers hands-on impact in logistics transformation and digitalization efforts within a luxury goods context.

- Serve as the primary IT contact for Logistics IT activities across Loro Piana
- Bridge central operations, warehouses, distribution centers and external logistics partners to support logistics operations
- Gather and analyze business requirements for WMS, distribution, and transportation processes
- Support implementation, evolution, and maintenance of ERP and logistics applications
- Maintain governance, data consistency, and compliance of implemented solutions
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners for service delivery and incident/change resolution
- Coordinate with Technology & Cybersecurity teams for integrations and optimization of logistics systems
- Identify process improvements with Corporate Functions and Operations and translate into IT solutions
- Support business analysis, UAT, issue resolution, and rollout of new functionalities
- Monitor application performance and drive continuous improvement in service levels
- Autonomous management of the TMS integrated solution, coordinating vendors and end-users
- Manage incidents, change requests, and enhancements for logistics applications
- Coordinate with business users and operations for efficient system adoption and process execution
- Support ERP-WMS-third-party logistics integration activities
- Participate in logistics transformation and process digitalization projects
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of IT experience supporting or managing applications or projects in Logistics, WMS, or Supply Chain environments
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics processes
- Proven experience with ERP systems and logistics applications, specifically SAP S4 and SAP EWM
- RFID and Transportation systems experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments
