systemsWorked on project delivery in Workday Human Capital Management and/or Financial TransformationExperience in HR domain (Hire to Retire, Talent Foundations, Total Rewards, Global Time Absence, Payroll) OR in Finance (Record to Report, Source to Pay, Plan to Perform)Experience in multiple Integration technologies like MuleSoft and Workday integrations (Studio, Orchestrations, etc.)Experience managing global team working out of multiple time zonesExperience with agile/scrum methodologyA related technical degree requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience managing vendor partners and teams extended with contractorsStrong understanding of engineering management principles, including team leadership, performance management, and talent developmentA keen eye for Innovation, Engineering / Operational Excellence, and Test Automation12+ years of experience in software engineering operations, with a proven track record of leadership and project delivery in Finance and HR Systems such as Workday / Peoplesoft / Oracle EBS in end to end Hire to Retire cycle or Finance business processes /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
