PThe Technology Innovation team of Grafton, global brand in charge of Professional Recruitment, is looking for a Strong Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) for an AI Platform. /ppTutti i candidati sono invitati a leggere attentamente la seguente descrizione del lavoro e le relative informazioni prima di candidarsi. /ppYou’ll solve high-impact, real-world problems alongside enterprise customers and own work from first principles through production outcomes. /ppYou’ll work directly with customers to understand critical workflows, design AI-driven solutions, and deploy agents that operate reliably in production. You’ll own projects end-to-end from problem definition and system design to launch and iteration - and be accountable for real business impact. /ppThis is a hands on-generalist role for engineers who enjoy navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and working across systems while partnering with enterprises as they become AI-driven organizations. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliPartner with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria /liliTranslate open-ended problems into clear technical designs and implementations /liliBuild AI agents that integrate with customer systems and perform real tasks /liliOwn deployments,



including reliability, performance, and continuous improvement /liliTest with real data, measure outcomes, and iterate based on results /liliCollaborate with Product Engineering to ship high-quality solutions /liliContribute to tools, documentation, and best practices that scale customer delivery /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3ulli5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical problem-solving roles /liliStrong fundamentals in software design, system thinking /liliExperience working across systems, integrations, and data xjncmbx flows /liliComfort working directly with customers and owning ambiguous problems /liliClear communication skills and a strong ownership mindset /liliCuriosity and interest in building AI-powered systems that work in practice /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExperience in forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing roles /liliExposure to AI agents, automation, or conversational systems /liliExperience operating and improving production systems /li /ulpLocation: Rome or Milan (lavoro a distanza 1/2 days per week) /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
