As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know how in communication, sales and image building.Se è interessato/a a candidarsi per questo lavoro, la preghiamo di assicurarsi di soddisfare i seguenti requisiti, elencati di seguito.We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.At Dynafit we are looking for a Junior Product Developer to join Apparel Division.Working closely with Product Management, Design, Development teams, and suppliers, you will support the creation of technical apparel products from concept to salesman sample, contributing to high-performance products that reflect Dynafit's DNA and meet the needs of mountain athletes.Tasks and responsibilitiesTranslate design concepts and product requirements into detailed technical information within the PLM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updatesSupport product development activities from concept to salesman sample, maintaining complete and organized development records for assigned stylesManage prototypes and samples, ensuring quality, fit consistency, and adherence to development timelinesCollaborate with pattern makers and suppliers to communicate construction requirements and support product reviews throughout the development and sampling processWork closely with garment manufacturers across different regions,
supporting development activities and supplier visits when requiredSupport fit sessions, product evaluations, and testing activities, including field and washing testsMonitor development timelines and follow up on key development milestonesCollaborate with Product Management and Design teams throughout the collection creation process, contributing to the continuous improvement of product construction, fit, functionality, and qualityProfileDegree or technical education in Apparel, Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a comparable field1–3 years of experience in apparel product development, preferably within sportswear, outdoor, technical apparel, or performance products; recent graduates with arelevant educational background in apparel or textiles are also welcomeBasic understanding of garment construction, pattern making principles, fabrics, and apparel manufacturing processesDetail-oriented and organized, with a proactive and problem-solving mindsetGood communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environmentPattern making and sewing skills are a plusVery good Italian and English skillsAvailability to travel to suppliers, trade shows, and field-testing activities when requiredAnnual Gross Base Salary Rangestarting from 30,000€.
