The ideal candidate has significant experience in complex Cloud migration and adoption, integrated hybrid architectures, design and deployment of cloud-native architectures. They should be adept at leading and driving transition and transformation projects for infrastructure services and Application Modernisations supporting the Digital Transformation of our clients and transforming to a new modern operating model. They have experience transforming Enterprise Outsourcing Infrastructure Services on distributed, mainframe, and hybrid cloud environments. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliManage complex infrastructure and application transformations for enterprise-level customers. /liliLead strategic planning and business analysis for cloud migration, adoption, and modernization initiatives. /liliDesign and deploy integrated hybrid architectures and cloud-native solutions that align with business goals. /liliDrive transition and transformation (TT) projects for infrastructure services across diverse environments. /liliTransform Enterprise Outsourcing Infrastructure Services, including distributed systems, mainframes, and hybrid cloud platforms. /liliDevelop and evaluate enterprise architecture designs, ensuring alignment with technology governance and best practices. /liliEngage and manage stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders, to ensure architectural alignment and adoption. /liliAssess risks and oversee implementation, ensuring compliance. /li /ulpAs an Enterprise Architect with Kyndryl, you will have the chance to work with some of the world's most innovative and dynamic companies, helping them to achieve their business goals through the strategic implementation of technology, including AI and Cloud adoption, Cloud Optimization, Cloud engineering, Data platforms. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others. /ph3Required Technical and Professional Expertise /h3ulli5+ years of experience developing and maintaining Enterprise Architectures with a focus on infrastructure and application transformation projects. /lili3-5 years of experience as Enterprise Architect for Banking, Financial Services, Industrial, Retail, Government or Travel Transportation sectors. /liliSignificant experience in complex Cloud migration and adoption projects; expertise in integrated hybrid architectures and cloud-native architecture design. /liliProven track record in leading and driving transition and transformation projects for infrastructure services. /liliExperience in transformation of Enterprise Outsourcing Infrastructure Services on distributed, mainframe and hybrid cloud environments. /liliProven experience in designing, integrating and implementing complex IT systems across various technology domains (cloud, data, applications, network, infrastructure) /liliStrong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), infrastructure governance and consulting methods. /liliProven track record of successfully delivering large scale technology projects with cross‑functional architecture teams. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills, and stakeholder management skills. /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and address technical challenges. /li /ulh3Preferred Technical and Professional Experience /h3ulliMaster degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. /liliRelevant industry certifications (TOGAF,



OpenGroup Certified Architect, Hyperscaler, etc.). /liliExperience with Enterprise Architecture Tooling (Alfabet, LeanIX, others) /liliExperience with hyperscale cloud providers, automation, DevOps, and agile methodologies. /li /ulpThe position will be governed by the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of the Metalworking Industry (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per i dipendenti dell’Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti), with classification as Quadro. The employment contract may be offered as a permanent employment contract (tempo indeterminato). The salary range for the position in Italy is 60.060,00 euros to 107.900,00 euros, based on a full‑time schedule at the time of posting. The level assigned and the corresponding remuneration within the salary range indicated above will be determined in accordance with several factors such as, geographical tier, job‑related skills, education and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.
