The successful candidate will join the Technical Operations department, reporting to the Managing Director on organizational and managerial matters and working in coordination with the Technical Operations Director on technical direction and functional priorities.
They will be responsible for leading Operational Excellence at the site, translating corporate objectives into concrete, measurable initiatives. In this highly visible, cross-functional role, they will drive process optimization through data, KPIs, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and implement the site Operational Excellence roadmap, translating corporate objectives into action plans, KPIs, and measurable targets.

Proactively identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes and cross-functional workflows, assessing solutions both with and without capital investment.

Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, safety, and standardization, delivering quantifiable savings and benefits.

Analyze process data using KPIs, Minitab, and statistical methods to support evidence-based decisions and corrective actions.

Coordinate cross-functional meetings and workshops, engaging stakeholders in reviewing processes, workflows, and operating practices.

Monitor project outcomes and benefits, provide updates to the Site Management Team and corporate stakeholders, and share best practices across the OPEX network.

Although the role does not involve direct people management, it requires strong cross-functional leadership skills to engage, influence,



and coordinate cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects.

Ihr Profil
REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline.

At least five years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Process Excellence roles within complex industrial environments.

Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, statistical analysis, and process control, with advanced proficiency in Minitab.

Ability to develop business cases, quantify savings and benefits, and present data and recommendations to technical and management stakeholders.

Excellent written and spoken Italian and English, at least at C1 level.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate credibility, cross-functional leadership, a proactive approach, and strong orientation of results. The role also requires the ability to engage people, build consensus, and manage projects and competing priorities pragmatically.

Contractual information and pay transparency

Employment terms: Permanent contract under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry; Category A.

The initial gross annual salary will range from EUR 55,000 to EUR 65,000, paid in 14 installments, depending on technical and transferable skills,



responsibilities, and other factors relevant to the role, which will be discussed during the selection process.

The role also includes an incentive plan linked to the achievement of company and/or individual objectives, offering a variable premio of up to 10% of the gross annual fixed salary.

Any additional work or overtime will be compensated in accordance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) and the company-level agreements in force;
