h3About the role and team /h3 pSenior Greenlight Hubs are the heart of Uber’s physical presence, where digital complexity meets real-world human interaction. As a Senior Greenlight Specialist, you will lead the frontline team responsible for building trust with driver-partners, navigating the messy reality of in-person support, and ensuring our operations scale in a fast-changing market. /p pThis role is for someone who thrives in high-stakes, ambiguous environments where the answers aren't always predefined. You’ll balance the technical side of data-driven operations with the emotional intelligence required to mentor a team and handle high-pressure customer situations. If you are a resilient problem-solver who enjoys owning outcomes and moving with urgency, this is where you’ll grow. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 pSupport riders, drivers, couriers, and merchants during critical moments—helping turn uncertainty into clarity through empathy, speed, and sound judgment. /p pLead and mentor a team of specialists to deliver world-class in-person support while navigating shifting local priorities and operational blockers. /p pCollaborate with City Operations teams to align Greenlight Hub activities with market needs, including supply growth, onboarding, and driver engagement. /p pMake fast, thoughtful decisions in real time—especially when the path forward isn’t obvious or predefined. /p pIdentify patterns in driver feedback and elevate issues that impact the experience at scale to improve how we support our community over time. /p pManage Greenlight Hub operations with discipline, ensuring all safety screens, virtual onboarding, and resurrection activities are executed with high accuracy.
/p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience. /li li2+ years of experience in customer support, retail management, or operations. /li liIntermediate English and regional language proficiency (written and verbal). /li liExperience using Excel for data interpretation, including building charts and pivot tables. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liDemonstrated experience leading a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. /li liStrong systems thinking with the ability to improve complex operational processes. /li liProven resilience and adaptability when handling emotionally charged or ambiguous situations. /li liMaster’s degree or currently pursuing a graduate qualification. /li /ul h3Ready to Ride? /h3 pThis isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook — it's where you help write one.
