Yellow Tech is a strategy consulting firm specialised in AI transformation: we help companies understand and adopt artificial intelligence. We are an AI-first company, made of humans and AI agents working together, born with the arrival of LLMs and fully bootstrapped: we sustain ourselves and we decide what to build.
The Business Development team finds companies and qualifies them; the Strategist understands the need, closes the project and coordinates it; the Trainers train the people (AI Academy), the Engineers build agents (AI Factory).
You are Yellow Tech's way into companies: you open conversations with decision-makers, work out where there is a real opportunity and turn it into the starting point of an AI project.
You reach out cold, mainly by phone and with structured follow-ups, to the CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CHROs, CIOs and Directors of target companies. There is no rigid script: every conversation is different and calls for curiosity, listening and the ability to dig deep, because AI can have an impact on every function of a business.
Qualify the opportunities: You assess whether the company is genuinely in target, whether there is a concrete need and whether the conditions exist to build a high-impact project. Not every lead is a fit: knowing when not to go further is part of the job.
That way the Strategist's first call can get straight to the point and start building value, instead of starting over from scratch.
In the first 3 months: you learn to run your own sales funnel autonomously, from the first discovery call through to qualification and the handoff to the Sales team.
After 9 months: you can move up, on clear,

quantitative and transparent performance criteria set from the start.
Every day you work in the field: at a pace of roughly 50 calls, 7-10 meaningful conversations and 3-4 qualification calls: concrete numbers that help you build method, speed and commercial skill.
A front-row seat on AI: You work every day with the most advanced tools. The training we bring to clients is part of your own path too: mentorship, peer learning and hands-on sessions to stay up to date on AI.
You will work alongside the strongest people on the hottest topic of the moment, in a young team with zero ego, collaboration, respect and direct feedback.
And you grow fast, because you work in small teams with huge impact and real autonomy from the start.
Result-driven pay: The variable component is tied directly to results and has no cap: the more value you generate, the greater the financial recognition of your contribution.
We work mainly in person, from our office in Corvetto, Milan. We are an early-stage company with big ambitions and we believe that being together, day after day, is essential to build energy, alignment and results. That said, we operate with flexibility and common sense: remote work is possible when it is needed.
LLMs arrived three years ago and created a new market. The window is wide and it is open now; to stay ahead of it you have to work better and harder than the others. Native Italian is required.
