# Job Description:

Within the **Cyber & Security Solutions** Business Area, we are looking for a **Security Engineer** for our **Chieti Scalo** office.
Possibility of employment also in **Genoa Fiumara, Campi Bisenzio, Rome Laurentina, Milan Nerviano** offices.

The person we select will be responsible for:
* Configuration and management of network security platforms, handling all aspects related to the service provided;
* Providing support to the Customer in processes related to the services provided, understood as technical and management support;
* Identifying key elements to increase the visibility of security anomalies to manage them promptly.

**Education:**
Degree in STEM disciplines, preferably in IT, or equivalent culture.

**Seniority:**
Junior/Expert: 1 to 3 years of experience in the field required. Newly graduates with relevant academic background will also be considered.





**Technical and IT knowledge and skills:**
* Basic knowledge of Web Application Firewall and load balancer systems;
* Basic knowledge of Cyber Security;
* Knowledge of Linux/Unix, MS Windows Server operating systems;
* Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP protocols and DNS services;
* Desirable knowledge of Python/Bash programming/scripting languages;
* Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Outlook.

**Language skills:**
English language proficiency level B2.

**Behavioral skills:**
* Ability and autonomy to manage simple activities;
* Customer orientation and teamwork to achieve company goals;
* Precision and adherence to deadlines.

**Other:**
Availability for on-call duty required.
The following certifications will be a preferential title:
* Cisco CCNA
* Certifications on market-leading L4-L7 protection technologies

**How does the selection process work?**
Following the collection of applications, CVs most in line with the required qualifications are evaluated and identified.
Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and aptitude-based, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.
At the end of the process, the person receives feedback, whether the outcome is positive or negative.
