Se il suo profilo è in linea, invii la sua candidatura.To direct and manage procurement requirements through liaison with new and existingsuppliers and internal Project Execution, Proposal teams, and Project Coordination teams.To ensure that materials, equipment and services are sourced according to specification, within budget and to agreed timescales.You will report to the Thermal Supply Manager Europe.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Duties include but are not limited to:Provide functional support in purchasing of services and goods as specified by the Project Execution Team and support and obtain quotes for the Proposal teams.Analyze and compare suppliers' quotation both technically and commercially and provide recommendations accordinglyLiaise with product management, marketing, functional leaders for new developments/products and organize training with suppliers base on this informationContract formulation and agreeing terms and conditions with vendor baseImplementing procurement strategy towards suppliers and towards Procurement CategoriesDrive and comply with projects processes and proceduresVendor set up and establishmentLocal procurement responsibilitiesThird party suppliers approvalDeal with Quality Insurance / Quality Controls problems and issuesLiaison with IMEX team for shippingLiaison with PROJECT ADMINISTRATION team for shipping / export / transport in support of project executionLiaison with PRODUCT MANAGEMENT team for Value Analysis / Value Engineering on products.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical preferred); Master degree is a plus.IT skills: Experienced user of MS OfficeLanguages: Fluent in English and ItalianExperience: at least 2-5 years of practical experience in procuring services as well as technical goods within a project oriented environment, preferable with an E&I and/or petrochemical backgroundKnowledge of supply chain processesTeam work in a multicultural / multinational environmentPrepared to travel within Europe occasionallyExperienced in prequalification of vendors, soliciting bids, evaluating offers, placing orders and expediting the delivery of goods and servicesExperience in projects executionPrevious experience in preparing commercial bid analysis, working closely with engineering departments in the completion of the bid analysisSKILLS AND MINDSET:Project ScopingCommunication skills – PresentationTechnical skillsSourcing analysisFinancial skills – cost analysisRelationship management skills – Ethics – Conflict resolution – Creative problem solvingOTHER INFORMATION:This position will be located at Milan (Italy) in a global oriented environment. xysqume This is a full-time position with a competitive package and an excellent environment to work, learn & live.
