Join our international Social Media Advisor team in Lisbon , with positions starting in September & October . You’ll support customers through social media and digital channels, resolve their questions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon.
Respond to customers through social media and digital platforms.
Fluent Italian, spoken and written.
English B1/B2.
Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer and social media knowledge.
Contract & Benefits

~12-month contract, with possibility of renewal.

~40 hours/week, 8-hour rotating shifts.

1,366.17 gross/month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
