Atlas & Nova invites a Founding Product Lead to define and own our product discipline from scratch in Milan, with hybrid/remote options. You'll work directly with a senior engineering team, translate regulatory requirements into clear specs, and maintain fast delivery without compromising compliance.
You will code and ship features ~50% of your time, align roadmap with sales input, and establish structured processes that tie customer needs to engineering execution, from discovery to delivery.
