The company operates a distributed, highly automated infrastructure and is scaling rapidly across a multi-entity, international footprint. /ppAs part of this growth, building an AI-native finance organization is a strategic priority. /ppWe are seeking a Group Financial Controller to own and scale group accounting, consolidation, reporting, and controls across multiple legal entities. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for a finance professional capable of structuring, automating, and modernizing accounting operations in a deep-tech environment. /ppStrong, proven experience leveraging AI in accounting workflows is mandatory.br/This role is not about maintaining legacy processes, but about designing and operating an AI-first accounting function. /ph3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliOwn the monthly, quarterly, and annual group close and consolidation processes across all entities. /liliDeliver accurate management accounts, as well as board and investor reporting. /liliEnsure IFRS and local GAAP compliance across multiple jurisdictions. /liliDefine, document, and enforce group accounting policies and internal controls. /liliLead, optimize, and scale the NetSuite ERP across the group (NetSuite experience is mandatory). /liliDrive automation and AI adoption in accounting operations, including reconciliations, anomaly detection, journal automation, and close acceleration. /liliManage audits, statutory filings, intercompany accounting, and transfer pricing processes. /liliPartner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, scaling efforts, and financial governance. /liliBuild robust, scalable accounting infrastructure suited to a high-growth, deep-tech organization.
