DXC Analytics is focused on providingcustomers withinnovative solutions and high added value in the following areas: Analytics Solutions and Services, Big Data Platforms, Information Governance, Business Intelligence Data Management, ArtificialIntelligenceand IoT Analytics. The role owns the end-to-end technical architecture of AI solutions, guiding technology choices and acting as the key technical reference point for clients and delivery teams. /ppppbResponsibilities /b /p /ppullipDesign AI solutions by collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges . /p /li /ul /ppullipDefine the technical architecture of AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security and maintainability. /p /li /ul /ppullipLead the development and implementation of AI solutions, including LLM, machine learning models, natural language processing, and computer vision applications. /p /li /ul /ppullipGuide technology choices and validation solutions proposed by the delivery team. /p /li /ul /ppullipProduce and maintain architectural documentation (diagrams, ADRs, design docs). /p /li /ul /ppullipWork closely with the sales team to support presales activities, including creating technical proposals, presenting solutions to clients and providing guidance on implementation strategies. /p /li /ul /ppullipAct as the technical interface with clients for the definition of non-functional requirements and solution validation. /p /li /ul /ppullipProvide cross-project technical support on AI/Gen AI architecture topics. /p /li /ul /ppullipStay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the AI field, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation in our solutions. /p /li /ul /ppullipContribute to the hiring process through technical interviews. /p /li /ul /pppbRequirements /b /p /ppullipProven experience in designing and developing AI solutions /p /li /ul /ppullipStrong expertise in GenAI development methodologies, frameworks,
and best practices. /p /li /ul /ppullipAdvanced architecture expertise , with the ability to design end-to-end solutions and evaluate technical trade-offs (performance, cost, security) . /p /li /ul /ppullipStrong expertise in multi-agent architecture and agent-to-agent collaboration patterns ( A2A, MCP). /p /li /ul /ppullipExperience with machine learning frameworks and tools. /p /li /ul /p /pppullipProblem-solving skills applied to complex, non-standard solutions. /p /li /ul /ppullipStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. /p /li /ul /ppullipContinuous update on emerging AI technologies and architecture patterns. /p /li /ul /pppbNice to Have /b /p /ppullipKnowledge or experience in financial services projects and consulting firms. /p /li /ul /ppullipArchitecture certifications ( e.g. AWS/Azure AI or Solution Architect, Databricks). /p /li /ul /ppullipExperience in multi-project/multi-client environments. /p /li /ul /pppLocation: Milan with lavoro da remoto possibility. /p /pppbWhy Join Us /b /p /pppbOffer Package /b /p /pppThe position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €38.000 /p /pppCompensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l'industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti ) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsibility, experience and skills.
