Through this collaboration, the Group contributes to the revival and expansion of the iconic Orient Express brand within Italy's luxury hospitality landscape.What We Are Looking For:We are looking for a Distribution Manager to join our team in direct support of the Director of Revenues Hotels & Trains.
In this role, the Distribution Manager oversees the distribution strategy across all sales channels, ensuring rate, inventory, and content accuracy to maximize revenue opportunities.
They work closely with the Revenue team to optimize channel performance, monitor distribution efficiency, and support overall commercial growth.Key Activities:Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Systems, and IT to align distribution strategies with business objectivesManage distribution tools & platforms, including channel managers, rate parity tools, and OTA systems,
ensuring seamless functionality and connectivityLead distribution onboarding for new hotel openings, coordinating system connectivity, channel setup, and contract implementationAct as internal distribution expert, mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement across processes and performanceSteer channel mix, inventory allocation & rate integrity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal positioning across all platformsAnalyze channel performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and long-term portfolio performanceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in Revenue, Distribution, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing within the hotel industryStrong understanding of GDS ecosystems, channel connectivity, third-party providers, and distribution cost structuresExperience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); PMS (Opera is a plus); CRS (Synxis is a plus)Excellent communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of Revenue Management Systems and payment solutions is an advantageProactive, solution-oriented, and committed to resultsWhat We Offer:Annual gross salary ranging from €****** to €******Supplementary health insurance; A culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.Our company is committed to diversity and inclusion.
