Qualifiche The ideal candidate combines a solid technical background with proven managerial and organizational skills.




Experience in a manufacturing environment and in managing multiple sites is highly desirable.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, a hands-on approach, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Facility Management, HSE Management, Civil Engineering/Construction, or related fields, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Solid knowledge of the applicable regulatory framework , including occupational health German language skills are considered a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a multifunctional and international team environment , collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions and locations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on and proactive approach.
