OverviewWe are looking for a Solution Analyst to join our Milan office within the Services team (after sales).
The role focuses on maximizing customer benefits and ensuring project success on 3DEXPERIENCE platform adoption.ResponsibilitiesDefine and propose a transformation path toward an integrated Global Solution, enabling the customer to achieve business objectives leveraging 3DS expertise powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platformLead customer workshops to map AS-IS processes and use cases, define TO-BE processes and operational flows, and run a gap analysis between 3DS solutions and customer needsChallenge and optimize customer business processes to drive Digital Transformation and value creation, by proposing 3DS Solutions in line with company strategyFoster alignment among 3DS teams to create a shared vision of the Solution Architecture and ensure project success.Oversee and actively support SIT/UAT phases, conducting test planning, defect management, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth transition to go-liveEnsure the delivered solution is aligned with the Scope of Work (SoW) and meets customer expectations throughout the adoption phaseAct as the main communicator between the customer and internal teams, including software developers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants,
and system integrators.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience5+ years of proven experience as a Functional/Business Analyst in IT system integration within Manufacturing domain (automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or similar)Solid knowledge on web application architecture (APIs, Web Services), data analysis, data migration processes and ICT systems analysisFunctional understanding of PLM systems and manufacturing concepts such as EBOM, MBOM, Bill of Process, and Work InstructionsDemonstrated experience supporting SIT, UAT, xysqume and go-live activities; comfortable managing defect logs, coordinating testing teams, and liaising with end-usersBasic familiarity with ERP, APS, MOM and MES systemsAvailability and willingness to travelFluency in Italian and English, both written and spokenWhat's in it for youAn international and diverse working environment in a collaborative teamFlexible working hours with a hybrid working model, a good work-life balanceExtensive skills and career development programs to build your journey with usComprehensive benefits package with car, private health insurance, and meal voucher included#J-*****-Ljbffr
